Alongside one to one support provided by a Client Support Worker we will provide therapy (counselling, we are using the term therapy to cover talking therapies such as counselling, psychotherapy and coaching. Therapy offers a safe, confidential place to talk to a trained professional about feelings and concerns.
Individuals may talk about difficult events in their life or relationship and emotions. Or they may have negative thoughts or behaviours that they want to change but don’t know how too. Therapists will not give advice or solve problems for individuals however they will listen, help with understanding oneself better and make positive changes to their lives.
