Counselling
Managing a life-changing diagnosis can always be a lot to cope with. Our counsellors can help you work through any emotions you are feeling around your diagnosis.
Its common to experience feelings such as shame, anxiety, embarrassment, issolation and fear of rejection.
You do not have to have an STI diagnosis yourself. If a loved one has an STI and you need counselling regarding their diagnosis, you are welcome to use our services. This service may be beneficial if you find your partner has an STI.
Drop-ins
If you have a question regarding sexual health or relationships, just drop into our office.
A member of our team will be on hand to answer any questions you have or to offer advice.
You don’t have to drop in, you can also contact us for help on our email, phone or any social media channel.
Education and Training
Our RSE program typically covers STIs, how to critically look at medical information on the internet, coercive control, what a healthy relationship looks like, pornography, and how to have safe and enjoyable sex.
We understand what the current RSE issues facing students are. This understanding coupled with our experience teaching in schools and youth groups, means we can deliver a lesson which will educate and interest students.
The sessions are interactive, with a host of tools used to grab the students’ attention. These tools include cuddly STIs, acting out RSE topics, a group discussion of different scenerios.
The classes are designed and taught by a team that hold academic qualifications in RSE topics.
Sessions typically start from £50.
